This is surely one of the best iPhone 4 vs HTC Evo 4G video. Taken from TechCrunch.
I must say that iPhone 4 is not the latest technology, but it is sure super appealing to many esp. Mac fan boys. Love this honest post by Iffil who talked about why iPhone 4 is not so ‘wow’ after all. To me it is just the marketing that makes everyone goes gaga over this ‘restricted’ device.

yes, it is the way Apple markets it. but I think, to me, when buying an Apple product, it is like buying an experience. it may not have the latest technology but there are little things and features that Apple takes note of that other manufacturers fail to do so. *shrug*.
it is like ppl who goes to Starbucks. in true honesty, u are not just paying for the coffee but rather the experience.
i still like Apple products. it may not have the technology, but it gives me certain experience that other manufacturers may not provide me with.
p/s: am i making sense?

CJu: Ya it is sometimes about buying the experience. But often other device can give you diff. experience as well. It is the question of what experience one is comfortable with.
For me, buying according to need will be one of the most important factor that i will consider when making such purchases, of course money is another major factor.
