Fivio to Exabytes

Phew… i have finally migrated this domain from Fivio to Exabytes..after being with Fivio since 2003..

My experience today just reconfirmed that i made a right choice switching and hosting 4 domains at Exabytes , forgoing atleast 10 months of my hosting left with Fivio. Wonder if Exabytes will ‘compensate’ me in this or not, as i know, they do compensate.

It was a an easy task (but not all that easy for me) because it was made possible with great help from Exabytes Support Team, Wordpress troubleshoot sites, some common sense of mine and my limited knowledge in PHP.

I truly thank the support team from Exabytes (Susan, David, Beng, K.C. Yeap, KM Chow, and if i miss anyone out, i love you equally much) for being soooo patient with all my queries. What i love about them is their prompt replies to my emails which i appreciate so damn much.

I guess there are valid reasons why Exabytes is No. 1 in Malaysia and again kudos to the team at Exabytes.So make a SWITCHHHHH today (like i did) and i bet you will be in good hands when you host at Exabytes.

    Didnt know you’re still with Fivio after so long. I moved 3 years ago from them.

    they got from bad to worst. really wanted to support them but why should i support when they cant even get basic customer service right. it’s undeniable they are very helpful in certain ways, but i guess its time to move on.
