They couldn't be bothered mainly it's coz they are monopoly-ing the whole market. Though Maxis and some smaller players are coming in, but the threat is still not big enough. I've called them to the extend where my number might have been black listed by them. Screw them. Streamyx sucks. I think they suck too.
