A simple question for all. WHO ARE THE HIGHEST PAID PEOPLE IN MALAYSIAN IT FIELD?
Answer : Streamyx Tech Support Personnel
Explained : Bugger, all this people can do is to ask you to reset / on-off your modem and wait. For this, they get paid thousands.
I believe you know what i am talking about if you have called in before.
If you think you are buying ADSL broadband from Streamyx, think again. They are selling Always Down, Slow and Lembap (ADSL) kind of broadband.
I so hate you Streamyx, but i love you when i need you.Its a love hate relationship.

I think they suck too. They couldn’t be bothered mainly it’s coz they are monopoly-ing the whole market. Though Maxis and some smaller players are coming in, but the threat is still not big enough.
I’ve called them to the extend where my number might have been black listed by them. Screw them. Streamyx sucks.

yes seems that we have got not much choice.monopoly is never good for anything, except the one holding the monopoly.
