How do you spell system? Shitstem !!

It does not help to work in a company who has a system called UNSYSTEMATIC and constantly lacking in communication and the outcomes are

• obtaining high quantities with minimal quality (we are in the service industry and we sell quality)
• zombie like employess
• no form of clear communications, only assumptions based on individuals
• having 5 staffs with 5 different business units- we are a purely MYOB company
• diminish the meaning of URGENT
• everything and everytime is ASAP, URGENT, want it by today!
• everything is not right the first time, everything require a Re-do
• work using Kaedah Tembak-Tembak,Insyallah betul dan diterima oleh pelanggan kami
• a RM5mil project will only require a ‘briefing’of only 5 minutes (obviously we failed.tho we were in top 3.losing is still losing, regardless on how close are you in winning)
• our discussions are merely like filminng a Bollywood Courting scene, hiding and running round the bush
• everything is ‘transparent’, nothing can be seen – loads of horse shit, we enjoy sweeping under the carpet
• some people work like NATO (No Action Talk Only), because it COSTS nothing to speak but it CAUSE damages to one’s confidence and trust
• promises are like jokes, only that this kind of jokes(promises) leave you wondering and dissapointed
• employees start their day with Arghhh… , end the day with Arghhh..Screw It

Sometimes (most of the times) things like that makes me wonder, how could a company of such is at where it is today, but my QUESTION is – How long can it sustain? What does it take to sustain? Who are the real sustainers?

I wondered and i am still wondering.

P/S : talk is cheap, cheaper when you don’t have to do it.damn !!
